Role description
Responsibilities A client with Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst III to join their team in San Diego, CA. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hardware Asset Manager with strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills to assist with client's Asset Management and Logistics program. This fast paced role entails delivering exceptional customer experiences for ongoing asset management processes. This role also includes supporting and driving projects based on innovation, and continuous improvements, with a focus on modernizing the way technical assets are managed and delivered across our global workforce. Duties: β€’ Asset Management functions: Work on customer escalations and requests; Monitor and maintain inventory levels, support critical processes, and ensure program is running correctly β€’ Drive projects and op mechs related to compliance, process improvements, and innovation to create modernized processes and efficiencies β€’ Generate Reports, Dashboards, Decks and meeting notes on an as needed basis related to team priorities and projects β€’ Partner with managers, and engineers to design, implement, and scale new asset management solutions β€’ Drive continuous improvement in asset management offerings while developing innovative processes that enhance customer satisfaction Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following: Information Technology (IT); Business Administration or Management β€’ Experience: Proven success managing end-to-end IT Asset Management programs or related IT technical care services and operations at scale β€’ Expertise: Background in program/project management of IT infrastructure, logistics, IT outsourcing, or IT business operations β€’ Domain Knowledge: Exposure to ITSM, ServiceNow, Process Automation, AI Tools, IT Asset Management, and Technical Care Services is required β€’ Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire cross-functional teams, influence leaders, and foster alignment in a fast-paced environment β€’ Execution Excellence: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to keep teams on track while balancing speed of delivery β€’ Collaboration: Comfort working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Directors, Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Technology Care Delivery team members Preferred β€’ ServiceNow β€’ G Suite β€’ Chat GPT/AI The Following Certifications Are a Plus β€’ IT Asset Management (ITAM) certifications β€’ CHAMP (Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional) β€’ Specific to hardware asset management β€’ CAMP (Certified Asset Management Professional) β€’ Broader IT asset management β€’ ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) β€’ Framework for IT service management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
