Location; Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid- 3 days per week)
Duration: 12+ months
Pay rate: $55/hr on W2
Position Summary
Join the Global Incentive Compensation Scale & Transformation team to optimize sales compensation systems. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Compensation Design teams on documentation, UAT, process automation, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Create process flows, user guides, requirements docs, operational playbooks
• Develop UAT test scripts/coverage and execute testing
• Triage system issues, design cost-effective solutions
• Drive stakeholder alignment, success metrics, project outcomes
• Identify automation/integration opportunities
Required Skills
• 4-5+ years SaaS operations experience
• Data manipulation: Excel, SQL/SOQL, Python, Access
• UAT scripting/execution, technical documentation
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred
• Sales compensation exposure
• Cross-functional collaboration, process optimization
