You’ll collaborate closely with end users, vendors, and Agile teams to analyze applications, troubleshoot issues, define requirements, and ensure high-quality system delivery aligned with agency policies. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills • Strong experience with State Agencies (mandatory) • Proven background in business analysis + quality assurance • Hands-on experience with licensing systems and license life cycle management • Expertise in Agile methodologies (user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, refinement, ceremonies) • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Ability to perform senior-level / highly complex business analysis • Strong stakeholder engagement and end-user interaction skills • Onsite availability in Austin, TX 📩 Interested?
