Primary Skills: Advanced Excel (Expert), SQL(Proficient), Data Visualization (Advanced), Supply Chain Analysis (Proficient), AI workflow tools (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 9+ months with possible extension Location: North Reading, MA () Pay Range: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of our supply chain through advanced analytics, AI-enabled workflow automation, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive efficiency, facilitate operational excellence, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives. This role is integral in enhancing decision-making processes and operational visibility across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports for supply chain KPIs using Excel, QuickSight, and other BI tools. • Execute and optimize AI-enabled process workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve team throughput with tooling enhancements. • Serve as a resource for cross-functional supply chain teams, communicating status, decisions, and implications of program changes. • Contribute to cost reduction and lead time optimization efforts by tracking and reporting on total cost of ownership metrics. • Support root cause analysis, post-launch design change coordination, and continuous process improvement to maintain operational excellence. Must-Have Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field • 1+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a data/analytics-adjacent role • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and at least one BI or reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable outputs Industry Experience: • Supply Chain Management or Operations with a focus on analytics and process improvement.
