" Work closely with engineering teams to refine stories, clarify requirements, and ensure successful and timely delivery. " Ensure alignment with architecture and development, testing, infrastructure support, security, and compliance standards. " Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives to support Agile delivery processes. " Support efforts around adoption of new features by communicating value to stakeholders and supporting change management activities in agile delivery process. " Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement and iteration. Qualifications " 35+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment. " Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. " Experience working with development teams on data platforms, APIs, Microservices or other composable architecture, infrastructure, or enterprise applications. " Familiarity with data governance concepts, technical architecture, or cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. " Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. " Proven ability to make trade-offs and prioritize effectively in complex technical environments. " [Optional] Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or similar. Nice to Have " Background in software engineering, data engineering, or systems architecture.
