Business Analyst (Systems Knowledge) About the Role Sedgwick International is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with systems knowledge to lead the analysis phase of the software development life cycle. You'll elicit and document requirements, generate statistical reports, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst who thrives on solving complex challenges and can balance multiple concurrent workflows. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements effectively • Lead the analysis phase of the software development life cycle • Generate and analyse statistical data reports • Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through completion • Communicate activity progress to stakeholders and involved parties • Resolve client issues when appropriate and transition programs to management • Deliver oral presentations and provide training to management and colleagues • Support product recalls and website development initiatives • Manage concurrent workflows across multiple projects • Proactively identify risks, obstacles, and nuances stakeholders overlook • Develop innovative (sometimes unconventional) solutions to complex challenges Essential Skills & Experience Required: • ✅ 8+ years of related experience (or equivalent education + experience) • ✅ 3+ years in project management, office operations, managed care, insurance, and/or statistical analysis • ✅ Excellent attention to detail with accuracy in all deliverables • ✅ Strong communication skills – articulating requirements to business AND technical teams • ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting • ✅ Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-satisfaction driven environments • ✅ Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability • ✅ Strong organisational and time management skills Beneficial: • 🟢 SQL skills • 🟢 Supervisory experience • 🟢 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or Computer Sciences Personal Competencies: • Clear conceptual thinking with excellent judgment and problem-solving • Ability to handle work-related stress and multiple priorities simultaneously • Creative thinker who identifies radical solutions to resolve issues • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Team player who can also work autonomously Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or Computer Sciences) • Credit security clearance required (background credit check) How to Apply Click "Apply Now" or send your CV to syed.raza@cameronkennedy.com #BusinessAnalyst #RequirementsElicitation #DataAnalysis #SQL #Excel #ProjectManagement #Hiring #Jobs #UKJobs #TechJobs #AnalystRoles
