Responsibilities
Kforce is working with a client in Saint Charles, MO who is looking for a Business Analyst - Integrations to support and manage technical integrations connecting enterprise applications, platforms, and data flows. This role is focused on technical requirements and system connectivity rather than traditional business process analysis. Summary: The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with technology strategy. This role supports the full integration lifecycle, including requirements, documentation, testing, monitoring, and optimization. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Define integration requirements and functional specifications in partnership with business and technical teams
β’ Collaborate with project managers to deliver integration documentation and project deliverables
β’ Analyze system interactions, data flows, and integration points; Recommend improvements
β’ Document current- and future-state integration processes and data mappings
β’ Support system testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for integrations
β’ Create technical diagrams, reports, and presentations to support integration design
β’ Assist with effort estimation, timelines, risks, and dependencies
β’ Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues
β’ Recommend new or improved integration approaches to enhance efficiency and reliability
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
β’ 5+ years of business analysis or related experience
β’ Proficiency with standard business tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
β’ Strong technical acumen with experience across integration methods (APIs, batch processing, SFTP, etc.)
β’ Solution-oriented mindset with executive-level communication skills
β’ Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
β’ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to identify technical solutions and key integration data points quickly
β’ Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
β’ Understanding of user experience and effective use of technology
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
β’ Experience working in higher education
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
