Business Analyst (Investment Domain)

Role: Business Analyst (Investment domain) Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid Duration: Long Term Prefer domain knowledge of OCIO \ Privates Alts \ Hedge Fund business. Hands on experience with Databricks \ snowflake \ AI tooling is preferred. System Exposure around State Street Systems \ ADP \ MCH \ RKS \ TruView \ FactSet \ S&P EDM \ Jacobi \ CRM Systems \ is an advantage. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, say Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics. Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CFA) are a plus. • Strong Investment domain knowledge & experience around investment products, asset classes, & investment strategies. OCIO business knowledge is a strong plus. • Experience working as an analyst on large global solution initiative span across regions with multiple internal build alongside vended interfaces solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with ability of adapting priority changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong knowledge around software development methodologies, Agile development, tools, SDLC, and technologies. • Broad domain experience with portfolio and order management systems (e.g., Factset, CRD/State Street Alpha), Investment data warehouse solutions (e.g., Eagle), modern cloud-based data warehouses/lakes technology, BI tools, investor client reporting systems and client facing systems.
