Business Analyst (IT) – T2 Location: Remote (U.S.) Work Model: Remote, with potential hybrid requirement Office Requirement: Candidates located within 30 miles of Herndon, VA may be required to work onsite 3 days per week, depending on business needs. Contract: Contract with potential conversion to full-time after 6 months Citizenship Requirement • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Only U.S. citizenship is permitted (No dual citizenship) \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Job Summary The CDE Build Sheet Analyst is responsible for converting purchased cloud software entitlements into detailed infrastructure specifications required for automated provisioning. This role supports the Cloud Delivery Engineering (CDE) team by ensuring build sheets are accurate, compliant with standards, and aligned with cloud ERP provisioning requirements. The analyst will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and solution teams to maintain build sheet accuracy, support provisioning automation, and improve documentation, processes, and reporting related to cloud infrastructure provisioning. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities • Create build sheets from PCE and SHC software specifications based on the SAP NS2 build sheet standards using the custom PQA Automation Tool. • Develop deep expertise in build sheet specifications and SAP software entitlements that drive automated Cloud ERP provisioning. • Facilitate meetings with Operations and CDE leadership to review and validate draft build sheets prior to provisioning requests. • Coordinate with the Ops Build Team to ensure build sheets meet operational standards and acceptance criteria. • Work collaboratively with operations leadership to improve and update build sheet specifications. • Maintain and enhance build sheet Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Manage and maintain a build sheet validation process and checklist to ensure zero provisioning errors. • Maintain a build sheet tracking log to support KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. • Build and maintain a knowledge management repository in SharePoint that documents build sheet processes, artifacts, and metrics. • Deliver monthly performance metrics to CDE leadership on build sheet performance, issues, and improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with SAP ECS teams to understand S/4HANA PCE SKUs and infrastructure entitlements. • Support initiatives using SAP ECS Pre-deal Qualification Assessment (PQA) to capture landscape data used for build sheet generation. • Work with Solution and Asset Management teams to resolve SKU specification discrepancies or infrastructure availability issues. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience. • 3–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role. • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with technical documentation and specifications. • Proven experience managing technical data and documentation where accuracy is critical. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and operational teams. • Foundational knowledge of IT systems, software, and cloud computing concepts. • Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as: o Amazon Web Services (AWS) o Microsoft Azure o Google Cloud Platform (GCP) \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with Cloud ERP environments, particularly from a landscape or infrastructure perspective. • Understanding of cloud architecture and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) operating models. • Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including: o Networking o Storage o Server platforms (Windows Server, Linux) o Monitoring tools • Experience working in a Managed Services environment. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
