This role will focus on gathering and documenting requirements, working closely with development and testing teams, and supporting Agile project processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements. • Act as the main point of contact between business users, developers, and testers. • Support Agile team activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Write and run SQL queries to analyze data and support business needs. • Create documentation such as process flows, reports, and presentations. • Use tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage project tasks and updates. • Work with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily tasks and reporting. Required Skills: • Strong SQL skills (writing queries, joining tables, analyzing data). • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS. • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. • Comfortable using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work well in an Agile team environment.
