Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
· Support initiatives across: Credit, Debit, and Prepaid card products
· Tokenization (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) Authorization, clearing, and settlement
· Fraud monitoring and controls Chargebacks and disputes Rewards, loyalty, and promotions
· Collaborate with card processors (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, Marqeta) Stakeholder &
· Cross‑Functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and compliance teams Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT planning, and defect triage Support vendor and network engagements (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
· Testing & Implementation Support Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and test cases
· Execute and support User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution Support production releases, post‑implementation validation, and issue resolution Data & Reporting Analyze transaction data, metrics, and trends to support decision‑making Collaborate with data teams on dashboards, MIS, and regulatory reporting Required Skills & Qualifications Functional / Domain
· Skills Strong experience in cards payments domain Knowledge of: ISO 8583 message standards
· Authorization and settlement flows Interchange, fees, and network rules Fraud and dispute lifecycle Experience working with Visa / Mastercard rules and mandates Business Analysis Skills
· Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques Strong documentation and communication skills
· Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Technical & Analytical Skills Comfortable working with APIs, message flows, and data mappings SQL or data analysis experience preferred Understanding of digital payments and mobile wallets is a plus
