Position Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams during ETL migration and data modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Gather business and technical requirements • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and sign-offs • Support testing and validation activities • Document workflows, dependencies, and operational requirements • Assist in migration planning and change management Required Qualifications • Strong Business Analysis experience • Expertise in Requirements Gathering • Experience supporting Data Integration projects • Knowledge of SDLC and documentation standards • Strong stakeholder management skills Technical Skills Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Data Integration Projects, SDLC, Documentation, Stakeholder Management Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
