Business Analyst

Duties: We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in technology and data to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, analyzing data-driven processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires agility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and data engineers to design and implement scalable solutions. • Use data analysis to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and identify improvement opportunities. • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are on time, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. • Prepare documentation, process flows, and specifications to support development and testing activities. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and ensuring best practices are followed. Skills: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technology or data. • Strong experience with data analysis, SQL, or data visualization tools. • Proven experience working in Agile environments. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs. Preferred Skills • Experience working with APIs, data integration, or cloud-based platforms. • Knowledge of project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
