Overview
LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Business Analyst who will lead requirements gathering for a Revenue Gross-to-Net (GTN) and Pricing Tool initiative within the Commercial Development organization. This is a 3–5 month contract engagement focused on documenting business requirements, mapping complex data sources, and delivering functional specifications that will drive vendor selection and implementation. The ideal candidate brings direct experience with GTN and government-pricing processes, strong stakeholder facilitation skills, and familiarity with platforms such as SAP, IQVIA, and Excel-based integrations.
Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering and document comprehensive business requirements for the Revenue GTN and Pricing Tool project
• Map GTN and government-pricing data sources across systems and stakeholder groups to establish a unified data landscape
• Define accrual and scenario-modeling rules to support accurate revenue forecasting and pricing decisions
• Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications for vendor selection and implementation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements elicitation sessions to capture cross-functional input
• Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and workflow models representing current and future states
• Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and proposed tool capabilities to inform solution design
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions against documented requirements
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a commercial, finance, or revenue operations environment
• Direct experience with GTN and government-pricing processes
• Strong stakeholder facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops and elicitation sessions
• Familiarity with SAP, IQVIA, and Excel-based integrations
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or commercial operations preferred
• SQL or data querying experience desirable
Compensation
$55-$70/hour - Dependent on fit and experience
