About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented BA - Functional Tester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet business and technical requirements and function as intended::
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and functional requirements and create test cases/test scripts
• Design and execute functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams
• Document test results and prepare test reports
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and continuously improve testing processes
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Tester / QA Analyst, with strong exposure to PLM projects
• Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, QTP)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
