Business Analyst

Responsibilities • Collaborate with diverse teams to improve application capabilities and streamline business processes. • Conduct comprehensive analysis to support development and enhancement projects. • Lead sessions to gather requirements and translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications. • Review business processes to identify and implement improvement strategies. • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality application releases. • Ensure compliance with security, risk management, and IT process principles. Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in requirement elicitation and testing for complex systems. • Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in technical writing. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Skills • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. • Experience in vendor system integration and data conversion between systems. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. • Experience with Jira/Confluence and data visualization techniques.
