What Youβll Be Doing

Turning raw datasets into insight that drives action
β
Partnering directly with Sales Leaders, Operations, Strategy & Planning, and Business
Intelligence teams
β
Designing dashboards and forecasts that influence revenue strategy
β
Streamlining processes through automation and smart reporting
β
Helping shape next-generation BI capabilities for virtual selling
What You Bring
β’ 5+ years of commercially focused analytics experience (sales ops, finance, BI, or similar)
β’ Expertise in Excel + ETL tools (Alteryx, Knime, Tableau Prep, etc.)
β’ Strong skills with visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Domo, etc.)
β’ A track record of spotting trends others miss β and communicating them clearly
β’ A curious mindset β you don't just report what happened, you find out why
Bonus Points For
β’ SQL, VBA or Python experience
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce reporting
β’ Previous exposure to sales operations environments (e.g., territory design, compensation modelling, segmentation)
