This role drives a customer-focused culture, strengthens client relationships, and applies business, financial, and technical expertise to deliver process improvements and operational efficiencies.The analyst will lead and contribute to the design and execution of target operating and service models for cash management, supporting multinational growth strategies across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Responsibilities include business requirements definition, process reengineering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), policy and procedure development, and serving as a subject matter expert when required.This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s risk appetite, operational risk framework, regulatory compliance, and AML/ATF requirements. The Business Analyst is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead and manage complex, multi-faceted projects and system implementations β€’ Prepare detailed project and action plans, conduct research and analysis, and support UAT β€’ Define and document business requirements, procedures, and policies β€’ Contribute to the design of future-state cash management platforms and operating models β€’ Identify opportunities to optimize processes and realign service and operations functions β€’ Design and reengineer business processes to reduce risk and operational costs β€’ Develop management metrics and MIS reporting for senior leadership β€’ Ensure adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and AML/ATF frameworks β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to deliver milestones on time β€’ Foster an inclusive, high-performance team environment through effective communication and leadership Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager β€’ 5+ years of management experience in Transaction Products, including Corporate/Commercial Deposits β€’ Strong understanding of back-office operational processes and risk management techniques β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and process tools (Visio) β€’ 3+ years of experience using business analysis tools and methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) β€’ 3+ years of experience with project management principles (Agile and Waterfall) β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills β€’ Excellent process and procedural documentation abilities Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills β€’ Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Education β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, and excels in using Microsoft tools to create materials, timelines, and presentations.
