Role description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with state agency stakeholders
• Create user stories, business process documentation, and supporting artifacts
• Document system workflows, integration points, and data flows
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT cycles
• Assist in client meeting preparation and stakeholder communications
• Support configuration and implementation of MS Dynamics-based eligibility solution
• Facilitate collaboration between onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams
Required Qualifications
• 5–10 years of functional consulting or business analysis experience
• Strong business process documentation skills
• Experience writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery models
• Experience with MS Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Experience supporting government, public health, or HHS programs
Preferred Experience
• Eligibility determination systems
• SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, or public assistance programs
• Legacy system modernization initiatives
• Experience using Figma or process modeling tools
