Role description
Lead-to-Cash Transformation Specialist – ERP Program (Remote Contract)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote (with up to 25% travel)
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive professional to help modernize global Order-to-Cash and Customer Management processes as part of a major ERP transformation. This role will support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across multiple business units, driving standardization, efficiency, and scalability in Lead-to-Cash (LTC) operations.
You’ll work across teams to improve quoting, order management, invoicing, credit, collections, and customer data processes—while ensuring smooth integration with systems like CRM (D365 CE), LIMS, billing platforms, and performance management tools.
What You’ll Do
• Improve Processes: Help streamline and standardize quoting, order handling, invoicing, collections, and customer data management.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with global stakeholders including process owners, shared services, and operations to align and optimize workflows.
• Support Testing & Data Quality: Lead functional and end-to-end testing, ensuring clean and accurate data across systems.
• Drive Change & Adoption: Support training, communication, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Be a key contact during hypercare, helping resolve issues and stabilize operations.
• Offer Expertise: Share knowledge across the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, guiding users and teams through the transformation.
• Ensure Governance: Help define and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Support Integrations: Assist in onboarding new entities or acquisitions into the global operating model.
What You Bring
• 5+ years’ experience in Order-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Operations, or ERP/CRM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems—ideally Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with CRM-to-ERP integrations (especially D365 CE).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
• Understanding of revenue processes from onboarding to collections.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international).
