Job#: 3032935 Job Description: Business Analyst-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years) Location: Plantation, Florida (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to conduct operational and financial analyses that support informed decision-making. This role involves managing medium to large special projects, performing quantitative and qualitative research, and developing reports. The ideal candidate will work extensively with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies and build a more complex customer data environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses, working with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance. • Apply data visualization techniques using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to generate insights from business data. • Lead process mapping initiatives, ensuring workflows align with business objectives and regulatory compliance. • Utilize strong project ownership skills to drive business initiatives forward and provide solutions to complex business problems. • Develop cost models and identify opportunities for process improvements. • Transform qualitative information into defined quantitative datapoints. • Use databases to derive insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, and growth modeling. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Experience: 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, market intelligence, and business process improvement.
