Job ID 82685 Work Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid Responsibilities: • Program is global – trying to replace the General Ledger with new functionality • Multi-year program • Moving quickly into release 1 around the globe • Operations point of view • Specifically looking at impacts to operations, where they can make sure across operations (markets, payments, personal banking, wealth management, etc) how all are appraised, and input is going into the program • Goal is when GL is rolled out, operations are not impacted and are adding value • Working to support Operations • Working independently and alongside operations, tech and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and analysis. • Ensure consistent and accurate requirements reflect the needs of the company for the SL program • Bridging the gap between operations, Tech and finance partners to effectively translate requirements • Facilitate communications and act as liaison between operations units , Tech and Finance to understand each others constraints • Process Improvement : Current state analysis and future state design. • Data Migration and integrity : clear data mapping from old to new system and data validation during migration and after. • Manage Change : Help manage the organizational change process ensure operations are prepared and remove ambiguity when the need arises. Required Skills: • Requirements gathering and analysis: ability to elicit, document and analyze business requirements to ensure SL meets ops needs • Process modeling and documentation: Creating detailed process models, flowcharts ad documentation to illustrate current and future state process • Gap Analysis : Identifying has between current process and the desired future state and solutions to bridge these gaps • Banking and financial knowledge, Finance and operations a plus. • Project management tools. e.g. Jira PTS • Leadership & Effective communication • Strong Stakeholder Management • Analytical thinking • Problem solving • Adaptability • Collaboration • Attention to detail Pay: $73-$92 per hour.
