Business Analyst with LoanIQ (W2 Contract)

Job Role: Sr. Business Analyst with LoanIQ Location: New York City, NY Work Type: Hybrid – 3 Days from Office Domain: Only with LoanIQ & Strong Banking / Capital Markets domain experience Job Description - ·        We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master/Business Analyst with extensive experience in Loan IQ to facilitate the delivery of complex projects. ·        Responsible for driving the agile development process, removing impediments for the development team, and working closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements with a focus on optimizing Loan IQ system functionalities. Responsibilities: ·        Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo meetings following Agile methodologies. ·        Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements. ·        Analyse and document business processes and requirements with a strong emphasis on LoanIQ capabilities and configurations. ·        Drive the prioritization of LoanIQ feature development and enhancement backlog in collaboration with product owners. ·        Oversee the development lifecycle for LoanIQ enhancements, from requirements gathering to implementation and user acceptance testing. ·        Proactively identify and address project risks and impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Requirements: ·        Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst within the financial services industry, specifically with LoanIQ systems. ·        Understand functional and non-functional requirements. ·        Strong understanding of loan servicing processes and the LoanIQ data model. ·        Experience with LoanIQ table maintenance, deal setup, accruals, fees, payments, and general ledger accounting. ·        Strong experience in creating BRD & FRD ·        Good experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping ·        Need strong SQL and analysis skill to data mining and analysis. ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio. Preferred Qualifications: ·        Knowledge of LoanIQ SDK and LoanIQ API is a plus. ·        Familiarity with LoanIQ upgrade projects or migrations. ·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
