Contract Business Analyst | Up to £465/day – Outside IR35 | 6 months | Solihull/Hybrid We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements • Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications • Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments • Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level • Input into Azure DevOps – manage work items, requirements traceability and testing alignment • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience supporting ERP projects (ideally COINS or Dynamics) • Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users • Experience working in large, enterprise environments • Proficiency in Visio or similar tools • Strong stakeholder management Contract Details: • Up to £465/day • Outside IR35 • Hybrid: 3 days per week in Solihull, with occasional travel to other sites • 6 month initial contract with potential to extend This Business Analyst vacancy is being handled by Langham Recruitment Ltd.
