Business Analyst - Power Platform, M365, SharePoint Stratford London (Hybrid) We re hiring two Product Business Analysts to enhance collaboration across our organization using Microsoft 365 tools. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories for SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform. • Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver solutions that boost efficiency. • Design and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for process automation and analytics. • Conduct gap analyses and propose improvements. • Lead training and support for SharePoint sites, Teams Channels, and Power Platform tools. • Manage product backlogs and assist in release planning. • Champion governance and best practices around data security, access control, and content management. • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend new features. Ideal Candidate: • Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills. • Proven experience with Microsoft collaboration tools. • Skilled in business analysis and user adoption strategies.
