Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering: Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Process Modeling: Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for automation.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and act as a consultant to leadership.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with IT and development teams to design functional specifications and ensure they align with business goals.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate testing phases to ensure the final product meets the original business requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including functional requirements documents (FRD) and user stories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong verbal/written communication, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
