This role bridges technical data work and business operations, requiring strong analytical skills, communication, SQL familiarity, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.Key Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements. • Analyze data from varied production systems and data platforms. • Support development teams across SDLC phases including analysis, design, and testing. • Communicate objectives, scope, plans, and results clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. • Translate business needs into well-defined technical requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. • Break down high-level objectives into detailed, process-level documentation. • Collaborate across diverse organizations to advance data and system initiatives. Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related analytical field. • 8+ years’ experience as a business or data analyst developing requirement documents, analyzing data, and supporting software development. • Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills. • Proven experience gathering requirements and planning with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to navigate detailed data needs and translate them into business insights. • Ability to communicate plans, objectives, and results clearly and effectively.
