Business Analyst - Medicaid

We are looking for: Business Analyst - Medicaid Location: Remote (Texas residents only) Duration: 6 months We are hiring 3 senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale automation initiative within a long-term care and Medicaid-related system. This role is ideal for experienced BAs who thrive in Agile environments and enjoy working across the full SDLC. What You’ll Do • Analyze business processes, policies, and system impacts • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements • Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Agile teams • Create and prioritize user stories and product backlogs • Develop test plans, test cases, and support UAT • Track risks, issues, defects, and project status • Review vendor deliverables to ensure requirements are met What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments • Expertise in requirements documentation and stakeholder collaboration • Hands-on experience with UAT, test planning, and execution • Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems • Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs and PASRR. • Proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Nice to Have • Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and PASRR • Experience with Long-Term Care systems or portals At Greymatter Innovationz, We offer: Motivating Work Environment.
