Role Highlights: β€’ 14+ years of professional experience with proven ability to plan and accomplish goals. β€’ Demonstrable expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including practical application in complex system environments. Experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable. β€’ Exceptional business modeling skills, with expert proficiency in methodologies and tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML), ArchiMate, and strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks. β€’ Strong preference for direct, hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP). This includes a deep understanding of federal regulations, state-specific policy nuances, and the mod β€’ Experience working within a government or public sector environment. β€’ Minimum 10 years serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.). β€’ Strong experience as a Data Analyst – analyzing raw data to drive insights. β€’ Business Analysis expertise in requirements gathering & translating business needs into technical solutions. β€’ Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt. β€’ Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies. β€’ Project Management experience is a strong plus; PMP certification preferred. βœ… Local to Austin Only – must reside within a 50-mile radius
