Business Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Business Analyst to support cyber transformation initiatives. You will work closely with PMs, Architects, SMEs, and control owners to translate cyber risks into clear, actionable requirements and ensure secure practices across IT and OT environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead business analysis for cybersecurity projects and capture functional/non-functional requirements • Ensure end-to-end traceability from risk → requirements → design → testing → closure • Perform current vs target state analysis aligned with architecture and operating models • Create user stories, process maps, data flows, and control requirements (ADO/Confluence) • Support governance activities including PTDA documentation, risk assessments, and audits • Manage backlogs and participate in Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps • Develop Power BI dashboards for tracking progress, risks, and requirement coverage • Support UAT, validation, and operational readiness (SOPs, runbooks, training) • Ensure smooth transition to BAU with measurable outcomes Required Skills & Experience: • Strong experience in Cybersecurity Business Analysis • Expertise in requirements gathering, traceability, and process mapping • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery • Knowledge of cyber governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIS/NIS2) • Experience in Power BI reporting and dashboard creation • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
