Role description
We are looking for experienced Technical Business Analysts to join our talent pool for upcoming projects with leading clients in digital banking, payments, and financial services.
This is a strong fit for consultants who can work across business and technical teams, translate complex requirements, and support large-scale transformation programmes. We are especially interested in people who have worked on platform migrations, processor migrations, token migrations, data migrations, or core payments change.
What you will do
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Work closely with product, technology, operations, and delivery teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Support large-scale migration and transformation programmes across payments and digital banking
• Map current and future state processes, data flows, and system impacts
• Help define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process improvements
• Support testing teams with requirements clarification and defect analysis
• Manage stakeholders across business and technical functions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across programme delivery
• Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client needs
What we are looking for
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within financial services
• Strong experience in digital banking, payments, cards, or fintech
• Experience working on large migration or transformation programmes
• Understanding of processor migrations, token migrations, data migrations, or systems integration
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process maps, and user stories
• Experience supporting agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Consulting experience is an advantage
Preferred background
We are particularly interested in consultants who have worked on:
• Cards and payments transformation
• Core banking or digital banking platforms
• Processor or scheme migrations
• API, systems integration, or data-led change programmes
• Financial services consulting projects
Why join our talent pool
You will get access to upcoming project opportunities with high-growth fintechs, consulting firms, and financial services clients. These projects often focus on digital transformation, product delivery, migration programmes, and specialist change initiatives.
If you are a Technical Business Analyst with strong financial services experience and enjoy working on complex delivery challenges, we would love to hear from you.
If you want, I can also make this a bit punchier and more advert-like for LinkedIn posting.
