Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced Technical Business Analysts to join our talent pool for upcoming projects with leading clients in digital banking, payments, and financial services. This is a strong fit for consultants who can work across business and technical teams, translate complex requirements, and support large-scale transformation programmes. We are especially interested in people who have worked on platform migrations, processor migrations, token migrations, data migrations, or core payments change. What you will do • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements • Work closely with product, technology, operations, and delivery teams • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications • Support large-scale migration and transformation programmes across payments and digital banking • Map current and future state processes, data flows, and system impacts • Help define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process improvements • Support testing teams with requirements clarification and defect analysis • Manage stakeholders across business and technical functions • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across programme delivery • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client needs What we are looking for • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within financial services • Strong experience in digital banking, payments, cards, or fintech • Experience working on large migration or transformation programmes • Understanding of processor migrations, token migrations, data migrations, or systems integration • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process maps, and user stories • Experience supporting agile or hybrid delivery environments • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills • Consulting experience is an advantage Preferred background We are particularly interested in consultants who have worked on: • Cards and payments transformation • Core banking or digital banking platforms • Processor or scheme migrations • API, systems integration, or data-led change programmes • Financial services consulting projects Why join our talent pool You will get access to upcoming project opportunities with high-growth fintechs, consulting firms, and financial services clients.
