Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst 4 Location : Richmond, VA Duration : 4-month contract Hybrid: 2-3 days per week required In person interview required ABOUT THE ROLE • 10+ years of BA Experience in IT projects. IT software/application project experience required. • System Review Business Analyst will be utilized to review and assess the existing data sources and data source systems within the agency and identify threats to data validity and reliability. • Current data exists in various data source systems and repositories. • Threats to data security will not be assessed as part of this process. • Daily check-ins may be required during onboarding and training. • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills. • The candidate must be able to build relationships with management, program personnel, and the IT department and must be able to explain complex issues in a way that they all understand. • They will need experience with MS Excel spreadsheets ,Power Query and data warehouse capabilities; experience in analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions, evaluating procedures and processes; experience working with structured and unstructured data.
