Business Analyst

Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a well-known organization in Tallahassee Florida that is searching for a Business Analyst to support their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management. This will be a contract role for 1 year with option to renew, and will be located on site in Tallahassee, FL. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with project objectives. Responsibilities: • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements clearly. • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions. • Process flow diagrams for modeling. • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability in Azure DevOps. • Support testing activities by creating user acceptance test cases and coordinating UAT. • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and oversee testing and rollout. • Work within Agile frameworks (Feature Driven Design and Scrum) to deliver iterative solutions. • Provide guidance on best practices for business analysis and process improvement. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA). • Experience analyzing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to support strategic goals. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions. • Experience as an IT Business Analyst for software development projects. • Proficiency in eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management and tracking. • Experience developing and executing user acceptance test cases. • Experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights and support decision-making.
