Business Analyst

Business Analyst Remote – US Only Contract – Up to $60/hr Job Description Our client is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong quality assurance (QA) experience to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Project Architect to lead client discovery sessions, translate business needs into functional requirements, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead client discovery workshops with the Project Architect to gather and define business requirements • Translate business processes into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria • Act as the liaison between clients and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle • Assist in designing business solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Collaborate with UX and technical teams to ensure solutions are user-centered and aligned with client expectations • Drive QA efforts, including functional testing, defect tracking, and feedback sessions to validate solutions • Contribute to comprehensive project documentation, including functional specs, process flows, and change logs Required Skills and Experience • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software or digital transformation projects • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories • Experience leading discovery calls and facilitating stakeholder discussions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong QA experience, including test planning, execution, and defect management Desirable (Not Required) • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or related data integration tools • Ability to create UX wireframes or collaborate with UI/UX designers • Familiarity with agile methodologies and QA automation tools • Exposure to D365 CE, Power Platform, SAP US Citizens only No Third Parties
