About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong technology background to collaborate across multiple business units. This role is pivotal in analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational strategy. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving efficiency, innovation, and cross-unit collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business units and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to design scalable technology solutions.
• Perform process analysis, workflow modeling, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
• Support the development lifecycle by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and sign-off.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Create and maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, process flows, data dictionaries).
• Monitor solution performance and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
• Contribute to change management activities, training, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multiple business units.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
