Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote (East Coast hours)
Compensation Expectation: $75-80-/ hour

A popular media company and professional sports league, they are a global company headquartered in New York City with offices in California.
The Role of Project Manager
The Business Analyst will take ownership from project inception, through analysis & design, supporting Development, QA, UAT and post deployment activities. The Business Analyst should be comfortable working through ambiguity within a flexible development lifecycle.
β’ The BA will gather, analyze, and prioritize requests by collaborating with business and technical teams.
β’ Document current and future processes and technical workflows.
β’ Document requirements through user stories, integration documentation, notification requirements, reporting requirements and use cases.
β’ Operate across a variety of business functions.
β’ Manage workload across multiple concurrent projects, programs, products.
β’ Participate and lead RFP processes.
β’ Evaluate existing business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and supporting the developing and implementing of solutions.
β’ Conduct stakeholder interviews, user interviews and workshops to elicit end-user requirements.
β’ Verify complex requirements are well defined, executable, testable and complete.
β’ Participate and support the QA and UAT.
Knowledge & Experience:
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Technology projects is a must.
β’ Prior experience within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
β’ Experience using standard BA tools & technologies including Microsoft Office, Visio and DevOps.
β’ Ability to self-manage workload across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Ability to effectively communicate and present information.
β’ Experience interacting with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar field.
