Business Analyst – Cutting-Edge Insurance Firm | London x 2-3 days a week | £800 per day inside IR35 / 6 months (rolling)
Redefining insurance for the modern world.
We’re not your traditional insurer. We’re a fast-growing, tech-powered insurance firm in the heart of London, building smarter, data-driven solutions that are transforming how risk is understood, priced, and managed.
As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s excited by innovation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to make a tangible impact on the future of insurance.
What you’ll do
• Work closely with product, underwriting, data, and technology teams to design and optimize business processes that drive real results.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and clear, structured documentation for technical teams.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to challenge assumptions, define user stories, and map end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to improve systems, automation, and analytics capability across the business.
• Support strategic transformation projects that shape how we deliver to clients from digital underwriting to real-time risk intelligence.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring we deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and future-ready.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (insurance preferred).
• Proven ability to capture business needs, analyse data, and turn insights into clear requirements.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, or policy administration systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
• A curious mindset, passionate about improving processes, solving problems, and driving innovation.
Why join us?
• Join one of the most forward-thinking insurance firms in the market backed by major investors and powered by cutting-edge data science.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative culture where ideas move fast and innovation is celebrated.
• Hybrid working model (2–3 days a week in our London HQ).
• Competitive day rate £800 per day inside IR35
• Continuous learning opportunities, career progression, and exposure to global transformation initiatives.
This is your chance to be part of something game-changing; Helping shape the future of insurance, not just maintain the status quo.
