Responsibilities job summary: For this main project we are working to build a robust product roadmap & requirements for our AI enabled knowledge management site for our sales and service crew. Working with the business, IT, and UX to build a new modernized site. Qualifications Support long term product vision, strategy, and roadmap discussions. Support product roadmap/ backlog prioritization of features. Work with cross-functional teams (stakeholder management) aligned to the business goals. Requirements gathering and documentation, help improve process flows, bridge communication gaps between business and tech stakeholders. support user acceptance testing.
