Advanced) – FDOT Project We are looking for an experienced Advanced Business Analyst to join a full-lifecycle Agile development team supporting a high-impact government project. This role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. 📍 Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite) 📅 Duration: Long Term (through June 2026, with possible extension) 💼 Client: Government Project (FDOT) 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Work with stakeholders and SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design • Create business cases, use cases, cost-benefit analysis, and technical documentation • Support Agile lifecycle from ideation to project approval • Conduct impact analysis, feasibility assessment, and prioritize requirements • Collaborate with technical teams on testing, validation, and implementation • Prepare executive-level reports, funding documentation, and presentations 🔹 Required Experience & Skills ✔ 5+ years of Business / Systems Analysis experience ✔ Strong experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation ✔ Agile project experience and stakeholder collaboration ✔ Knowledge of SDLC, testing, QA, and change management ✔ Experience with data migration and translating business to technical requirements ✔ Tools: Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, Power BI 🔹 Preferred Certifications CBAP | PMP | PMI-PBA | PMI-ACP | CSM | ITIL If you are a detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment and enjoys driving business transformation, we would love to connect with you
