Job Description: • Works closely with procurement specialists, logistics teams, program leadership, and stakeholders to coordinate the full lifecycle of equipment—from planning and acquisition through deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposition. • Collaborates proactively with the team to resolve procurement challenges, address supply chain constraints, validate requirements, and ensure timely delivery of mission-essential assets. • Supports a highly integrated team environment where contracting, logistics, and PMO personnel work together to maintain operational readiness and alignment with customer priorities. • Leads and executes key responsibilities including managing procurement requests, validating purchase requirements, preparing procurement documentation, coordinating asset life cycling activities, supporting inventory accuracy, and assisting with the creation and management of subcontracts. This work ensures the organization has the right equipment, at the right time, with full accountability and documentation. • Utilizes procurement systems, asset management tools, data tracking spreadsheets, and strong analytical skills to monitor orders, maintain asset records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with program, customer, and contractual requirements. Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree Required Experience: • 3–5 years of experience Required Technical Skills: • Experience with procurement workflows, purchase request creation, and vendor coordination. • Familiarity with lifecycle management or asset tracking systems. • Proficiency with Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation Security Clearance Level: • TS/SCI Required Skills and Abilities: • Strong communication and customer-service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate procurement challenges. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Skills: • Experience supporting federal programs or task orders. • Knowledge of subcontract establishment processes. • Background in supply chain management, purchasing, or logistics operations.
