Role Title: Business Analyst - Procurement & Supply Chain
Duration: 9/30/2026
Preferred Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI (3 days onsite)
Role Description:
This role acts as the primary liaison between Procurement IT and global business units, delivering scalable supply chain solutions across freight audit, supply chain financing, and ERP enhancements (SAP, Oracle, JDE, BaaN, AS400). The position requires strong functional expertise in global procurement, with a focus on integrating finance and supply chain optimization processes to lead solution design and requirements gathering.
The role also owns master data governance, reporting, and data quality, supporting key initiatives including Trax Freight Audit, LeanDNA, and AI-driven solutions (Palantir).
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data to support solution design and business requirements
Translate requirements into documentation (RTMs, test scripts, training materials, cutover and deployment plans)
Identify trends and provide insights to drive business decisions
Coordinate UAT, user training, and system releases with IT, PMO, and business stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and timelines across global teams
Drive process improvements and optimize ERP system usage (SAP, Oracle, JDE, BaaN, AS400)
Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement
Support change management, issue resolution, and production releases
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Analysis, or Procurement IT
β’ Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
β’ Experience gathering requirements, creating documentation, and supporting system/process improvements
β’ Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, logistics, or finance-related business processes
β’ Experience with master data management, reporting, and data quality issue resolution
β’ Experience supporting UAT, training, deployment, or system enhancement projects
β’ Strong data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities across global or cross-functional teams
β’ Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with SAP procurement, supply chain, finance, or master data modules
β’ Experience with freight audit, supply chain financing, or transportation/logistics processes
β’ Familiarity with Trax, LeanDNA, Palantir, Oracle, JDE, BaaN, or AS400
β’ Experience creating RTMs, test scripts, cutover plans, and deployment plans
β’ Prior experience working with global business units across multiple time zones
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, or related field
