Job Summary: The Florida Department is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the AASHTOWare product suite. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, documenting technical specifications, assessing customizations for SaaS migration, and supporting product upgrades and integrations. Required Experience: • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT product development, or project delivery • 3+ years leading cross-functional technology initiatives • Experience with software/system integration and post-deployment support • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies • Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience: • AASHTOWare implementation or integration • Government IT and procurement environments • SharePoint Online • ServiceNow • Microsoft Power BI • Azure DevOps • Microsoft Visio or SmartDraw Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Analyze current business processes and system interactions • Prepare impact assessments and solution recommendations • Translate business needs into technical specifications and acceptance criteria • Support product upgrades, enhancements, and integrations • Coordinate with business users, developers, architects, and product owners • Assist with testing, validation, and deployment readiness • Maintain product roadmaps and release schedules Core Skills: • Business Analysis • Technical Analysis • SDLC • Agile/Scrum • Requirements Gathering • Process Modeling • System Integration • SaaS Migration • Stakeholder Management • Quality Assurance
