Role description
Job Title: Business Analyst Professional I Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 36 Months This role provides critical support to development and execution project teams by managing project estimate uploads, ensuring accurate project setup across multiple systems, resolving system errors, and performing essential data entry and processing tasks. The position collaborates closely with Project Managers and Project Controls Specialists to perform asset location setup, manage cancelled projects, and conduct ad hoc data analysis to enhance data quality and reporting. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while working independently. Responsibilities • Load development estimates into Primavera P6 and EcoSys and ensure data accuracy and completeness • Troubleshoot and resolve errors related to estimate uploads by working with Project Managers and Engineers • Perform Asset Location set up tasks in EcoSys and Primavera P6 • Partner with Project Managers to cancel projects in EcoSys and Primavera P6 • Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to support project planning, forecasting, and reporting needs • Assigned tasks based on operational requirements Strongly Desired Qualifications • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Experience with SharePoint • Strong communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes • Rapidly adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows • Ability to work with differing levels of leadership • Be able to take on existing metrics and continue to produce, enhance, or complete • Comfortable with financial analysis, multiple data inputs, and decision making • Experience with PowerBI Hybrid • Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations. Hybrid workers should live within a reasonable commute to their designated facility.
