Job Title: Business Analyst/ Project Management Duration: 6-12 months contract (Possibility of Extension) Location: Houston TX or Houma, LA(Hybrid) Pay: $65-87/hr on W2 without any benefits/holiday/vacation Note: • • NO C2C • • • • Looking for local Houston TX 77079 or Houma, LA US candidates only • • Candidates will travel between the locations for this 6-12 month assignment. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Business Analyst will support the project manager and the SME’s in analyzing processes, identifying improvements, defining requirements, and implementing solutions. Key Responsibilities include: • Requirements Gathering • Data Analysis & identifying trends • Process Optimization • Project & Change Management • Stakeholder Coordination Required - Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years’ experience in similar role Technical Skills • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MRP/CMMS). • Strong MS Office (Excel, Access), SQL, data visualization/reporting tools. • Analytical & Process Orientation • Solid analytical mindset for root-cause analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking. • Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, JIT methodologies for continuous improvement. Core Competencies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and with suppliers. • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
