JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Analyst will support the project manager and the SMEβs in analyzing processes, identifying improvements, defining requirements, and implementing solutions. Key Responsibilities include:
β’ Requirements Gathering
β’ Data Analysis & identifying trends
β’ Process Optimization
β’ Project & Change Management
β’ Stakeholder Coordination
Required -
Bachelorβs degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
5-7 yearsβ experience in similar role
Technical Skills
β’ Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MRP/CMMS).
β’ Strong MS Office (Excel, Access), SQL, data visualization/reporting tools.
β’ Analytical & Process Orientation
β’ Solid analytical mindset for root-cause analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
β’ Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, JIT methodologies for continuous improvement.
Core Competencies
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and with suppliers.
β’ High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Soft Skills & Attributes
