About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Personal Lines Claims Analytics & Operations to support claims transformation and operational improvement initiatives within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in P&C Commercial & Specialty Lines Claims, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive process optimization, reporting, and operational efficiency. Business Analyst – Property & Casualty 📍 London, UK (Hybrid – 2 Days/Week Onsite) 📄 Hiring Type: Subcontract (Inside IR35) Key Responsibilities • Work closely with claims, operations, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Support Personal Lines claims operations by identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies. • Analyze claims and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance claims handling processes and improve customer experience. • Assist in implementing claims strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within claims operations. • Participate in claims workflow optimization and continuous improvement programs. • Liaise with insurers, brokers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and claims-related challenges. • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and project stakeholders. • Stay updated with insurance industry trends, claims processes, and emerging technologies.
