Business Analyst

🚀 Job Title: IT Business Analyst 📍 Location: : San Antonio, TX or Fidley, OH or Denver, CO - must be local (4 days in the office, 1 remote day) (W2 only) This role is first and foremost a core IT Business Systems Analyst position. Candidates must demonstrate strong, hands-on experience in traditional BSA responsibilities, including: • Requirements gathering and documentation (elicitation, functional requirements, user stories) • Business process analysis and business process mapping (current state / future state) • Testing and QA support, including test planning, execution, defect triage, and validation • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams In addition to these foundational BSA skills, the team is also driving digital innovation across our Terminals environment. As a result, experience that is beneficial—but not a substitute for core BSA capabilities—includes: • Data analysis and working with large or complex datasets • Exposure to AI technologies, either professionally or personally (e.g., Agentic AI, LLMs) • Supporting Agentic AI use cases and broader data strategy initiatives, including building and deploying APIs • Partnering with our A&I organization to help test and validate analytics, reporting, and data visualizations From a location and work-model perspective: • The role follows our 4–1 model (4 days in the office, 1 remote day) • Primary locations are Findlay, OH and Denver, CO, aligned to team presence and collaboration needs • We are intentionally targeting candidates with a strong BSA foundation, coupled with curiosity and aptitude to grow into data‑ and AI‑adjacent work over time.
