Role description
Payrate: $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Summary: We are hiring an experienced Sustainability Business Analyst CW to join our Net Zero & Sustainability Team. Our team enables us to operate and grow sustainably and responsibly. Responsibilities: β€’ Create, maintain, and improve sustainability data pipelines, databases, and dashboards delivering solutions that enable automation, scaling, and AI integration β€’ Collect, analyze, and maintain third-party supply chain data, including support for annual regulatory compliance (conflict minerals, battery materials) and reporting activities β€’ Data visualization of complex data sets β€’ Support day-to-day management and optimization of supplier responsibility tooling, including functional specs, testing, roll-out, training β€’ Project manage sustainability-related projects, for example: supplier risk screening, benchmarking, gap analysis β€’ Support supplier engagement & prioritization activities Requirements: β€’ Undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering, environmental science, business, supply chain, and/or other sustainability β€’ 3+ years of work experience with data management and sustainability β€’ Experience with sustainability and supply chain responsibility data, including for example: environment, labor, health & safety, human rights, water stewardship, and responsible mineral sourcing β€’ Familiarity with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) standards and tools is a plus β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Graphs, (requirement). β€’ Experience working with custom software solutions and designing software functional specifications β€’ Proficiency in Tableau, Tableau Prep Builder, Python, and SQL is a plus β€’ Demonstrated experience in project or program management, with experience self-managing complex program delivery in a matrixed environment β€’ Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction. β€’ Experience diplomatically resolving issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under tight deadlines β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Top 3 must-have skills: β€’ Experience in sustainability, supply chain, responsible minerals, water stewardship or related field β€’ Advanced proficiency in Excel β€’ Tableau / Tableau Prep Experience β€’ Design, implement, automate and maintain data processes Preferred qualifications: β€’ Master's degree in a related field. β€’ Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as SQL, Python, HIVE etc. Years of experience: β€’ 7+ years of experience Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
