Business Analyst

This role is slated to be a year long contract, hybrid on site in Chandler, AZ. • Business Analyst experience supporting product management and delivery teams • Strong organizational and facilitation skills • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, product backlogs, delivery support) • Proficiency in M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Comfortable creating executive-ready presentations and documentation • Ability to operate as an onsite point-of-contact and escalation partner • Strong communication skills with leadership and cross-functional teams • Self-starter, proactive, “go-getter” mentality • Comfortable with hybrid teams (FTEs + SOW resources) Plusses: • Experience supporting infrastructure automation or engineering teams • JIRA experience (boards, workflows, reporting) • Prior experience as a change agent or culture carrier • Experience onboarding new teams or associates • Financial services industry background Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Operations Lead for a large financial services client to support product management, Agile delivery, and onsite operations in Chandler, AZ. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between leadership, product teams, and delivery resources—ensuring onboarding is seamless, priorities are clear, and execution stays on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, with the ability to support product management activities, facilitate communication, and act as a trusted onsite presence for leadership. This role offers high visibility, strong partnership with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape team culture and operational success from the ground up. Compensation: $53/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
