Business Analyst

The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range. Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr on W2 Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and distribution of both standard and special communications content. You will demonstrate strong project management skills, organizational change capabilities, and attention to detail. Your ability to balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of communications content. • Demonstrate strong project management, organizational change, and detail orientation skills. • Balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and enhancements. • Maintain and manage backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals. Success Criteria: • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand compliance policies and follow procedures. • Strong organization, documentation, communication, and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting preferred (other fields considered due to extensive training provided). • Preferred experience in banking, financial services, auditing, or compliance. • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Required Skills/Experience: • 2+ years of business analysis experience. • Experience in requirements gathering and acting as a liaison between business and development teams. • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders. • Understanding of data governance and metrics. • Experience in content and newsletter development; support for town halls. • Experience with internal controls. Preferred Skills/Experience: • Experience in banking, financial services, auditing, or compliance. • Previous experience with Power BI.
