The ideal candidate must have a strong healthcare domain background, particularly in case management systems and clinical workflows, and should be capable of working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and support agile and waterfall SDLCs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes, use cases, workflows, and user stories with a focus on healthcare, clinical, and case management systems. Lead and participate in UAT planning, test scenario development, and execution. Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and testers to ensure solution quality and alignment with clinical outcomes and patient data workflows. Manage stakeholder expectations across geographies including the US, UK, South Africa, and offshore teams. Develop training manuals and conduct training sessions for power users in clinical environments. Lead requirements elicitation workshops, wireframe design, and stakeholder demos. Coordinate with IT teams to automate manual processes using tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, and JIRA. Maintain strong documentation for audit trails, security access workflows, and compliance purposes. Mandatory Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office. Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in Insurance or Automotive domains. Exposure to SharePoint migration projects (Lotus Notes to SharePoint). Experience working with ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar workflow platforms. Knowledge of data migration, application redesign, and process automation.
